Yep....got 'er done;)
I think you can see some of the quilting on it. I decided on a "scattered" pattern...like cats chasing birds;) ( I don't think you can see it, but the geese and hearts are made of a cat print.) It was easy...quilted in 20 minutes;) I made myself neglect housework to get the binding on and the whole thing finished and hung today.
Thanks for listening to me whine earlier today. Guess I was having a case of the "sorry for myself" thing. Happens. My dad would have told me to get over it.
Anyway, not sure what is next but I know it will be something on the UFO list.
Happy Quilting!!

I missed the earlier post, but I'm glad to see you're getting yourself back on track. I've had a few periods where I wasn't sure I wanted to keep quilting, too, but eventually something brought me back. The little quilt is really and I love the irony that it's cat fabric making up "birds"! I hope you can keep up the positive quilty attitude, but if not, you know you've got a good cheering squad here on your blog, so just ask! (Go Kathleen, SEW! Rah-rah-rah...and I was a "band geek!)
WE all have our moments!!! You are way too creative to just give it up. The little quilt looks adorable and I bet it makes you smile!
Happy stitching!@
yay!!! Really cute too :)
Had to "make" yourself neglect housework to finish the binding on a cute quilt??!! Yeah, right! *wink* Hey, I was a cheer leader a long, long time ago, so here's a cheer just for you (at least something similar--if I can remember it): One to get ready; two to get set; three to gather fabrics, and four to Sew, Sew, Sew! So get after it, Kiddo, you've got way too much talent to not be using it! ---"Love"
Yay! Turned out cute! Way to go!
I love how this turned out, it is so cheerful and fun! Glad you have it finished and hung on your wall.
