Thought I would stop for a moment and post while I have access to the internet.  I will keep this short and sweet.....

We left Albuquque around 4:30am on Friday with the Uhaul packed full, one of the cars in tow (the cat and dog are riding in that car), and I packed with my coffee in the little red pick-up truck.

We made it to Kingman, AZ and really needed to stop.  The traffic headed to Las Vegas for the New Year's Eve celebration got thick and stupid real quick and we were too tired to handle it.

The KOA there gave us a little cabin for the price of tent site;)  Very nice;)  We unloaded and set up for the night and then went and played some putt putt golf;)

Our little cabin in Kingman;)

Average normal everyday even on the road, only a little closer to each other;)

Me and the Hubby celebrating our Journey;)

So, I am road tired and need to get to bed so we can get an early start tomorrow morning.  We are aiming for Sacremento for tomorrow night's stopping point.

I wish everyone a happy and healthy new year, and Happy Quilting!!

You may be road weary, but you certainly don't look like it in that beautiful picture of you! At least so far, seems you are having good luck and fun! Be careful, and check in again when you have opportunity! ---"Love"

Those little cabins are pretty nice and it's a good place to stop for the night. Hope you have easy traveling from now on, stay safe! Get some good rest, too.

What a cute little cabin and I like the idea of the pets getting their own car - no listening to howling all the way! Have a safe rest of your trip.

Yay for a "moving" road trip! We just got back from a 3 day trip from AZ to MN! Hope the rest of your drive goes well!
