Just a quick note to let you all know that we made it to Salem this last wednesday. We spent a couple of nights in a hotel and one night of camping at Silver Falls State Park (in the snow and rain and mud and fog....ha!ha!...it really was fun, in it's own way) before we got our apartment keys on Saturday. We have most of the stuff moved into the new place. We are busy looking for work.

Salem is a neat city! I've been to Silver Falls State Park too in June - better than January! We hiked up and down and we're too old for it! Good luck again with your job hunt.
