Checking in;)

Not the greatest picture in the world, but you get the idea;)  This monster takes up almost the entire bedroom floor.  I have to get it basted and quilted this week before I head to my daughter's next week.

I haven't posted in a while....noticed that this morning.  I have been busy with the quilt show prep the last couple of weeks.  It was this past Sunday.  Wonderful day.  Lots of quilts.  My hubby and son went with me to help with the booth and keep me company.  Glad I brought the hubby with me...he was quite the salesman;)  My son spent the day wandering around socializing with all the ladies;)  Bunches of fun;)

I am headed to my daughter's next week to visit with them and the grandbaby.  Will spend some time with my mom and brother also.  I will get to meet the new nephew for the first time too;)

No other new projects to speak of.  I almost think I am a bit burnt from all the sewing I have been doing lately.  That feeling probably won't last long though;)

Hope everyone is well, and Happy Quilting!!

I like the borders you put on. By the time I get to borders I just slap on plain old strips of fabric. I really need to be more creative. Your top came out great. I love the colors you used and the layout. It is just striking. Great job. Glad I don't have to try and baste that big one. LOL
