I did a simple cross hatch pattern across the entire quilt...easy = done;) I know I started this one last year for Valentine's Day...hey, now it looks like I'm ahead of "schedule"!! LOL;) Rationalization will get you anywhere you think you need to be;)
I did some hand quilting with a primitive stitch in the panel block. I think it turned out nice. I just have to get the binding on and it will be done.
That will probably be my last UFO finish for the year. I haven't moved on to any New Year's Resolutions yet...still thinking on those. But I do have an idea that I may move onto some quilts that I have been wanting to do for a few years. I started going through the stacks of quilting magazines that I have to see what I had wanted to do in the past. We'll see where that goes.
I'm going to go hang out with the boy and relax the rest of the evening;)
Happy Quilting!!

Great quilt, definately looks like Valentine's Day. The colors are so pretty! Enjoy your son's visit!
Looks great!
It looks really nice to me. Sometimes I think the simple quilting is best. Valentine's Day will be here before you know it! Just think about how fast Christmas came and went! :(

Love the Valentine quilt! I embroidered some hearts while camping this year, but haven't done anything with them. They are for a Valentine table runner. Maybe I will get it done before V-day arrives. Hope so!
It turned out great! I love the hand-quilting.
The quilt looks really good. I love the hand quilting on the panel.
Can't wait to see what quilty things you are goingto do in the new year.
I remember seeing this one! So cute! Glad you're getting it done! I love the stitching you did on the panel block!
You are definitely ahead of the game. Good luck with the resolutions. Happy New Year.
